A. The simplest way for me to explain this is besides the housing itself it’s the spectrum. The human eye prominently sees Green (the 500 nm part of the spectrum). Plants can and do use the Green part of the spectrum, but also need and utilize the Blue (380 nm - 490 nm), Red (620 nm - 700nm), and Far-Red (730 nm) parts of the spectrum

The Blue is good for root growth, the Green is great for deep penetration of the leaves and the overall canopy, the Red is good for growing leaves, and the Far-Red helps to grow larger plants faster and aids with blooming faster for most plants. So, our LEDs are not just the Green part of the spectrum that our eyes see, but rather a full-spectrum LED that plants need with the addition of Far-Red.

A.  Yes, our LEDs are IP65 waterproof.  In fact, our cord connections even have an O-ring in them to keep them watertight.  The Hooded LEDs though are water resistant.

A.  You can very easily daisy chain our LEDs together. That means a rack of 6-10 LEDs can all be connected with our 30” Jumper Cables, and you will only have 1 plug from the entire rack that you can put on a timer.

A.  Yes, we do.  We offer a 1-year warranty on all our LEDs.

A.  The LEDs degrade less than 10% over 3 years of use.  The chips themselves are rated to last for an astonishing 50k hours of use!  You can anticipate many years of use from your purchase.

A.  Yes, we use a combination of USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to get our shipments delivered.  It is important to double check your address for accuracy and make sure we have both your phone number and email address correct as well.

A.  Absolutely.  Our full-spectrum plus LEDs are great for growing almost anything green.  I have grown orchids, African Violets, flasks, seedlings, vegetables, houseplants, succulents, carnivorous plants, and many other plants under these LEDs.

A.  There are many.  The largest benefit of our LEDs is that they are tried and proven.  Having manufactured and sold over 10,000 LEDs over the past several years we have learned what works and what we needed to improve on.  There are a lot of hobbyists just like us using our LEDs that we regularly get data and feedback from so we can always continue to improve our LEDs no matter how small the improvement maybe.  In addition to this our LEDs are:

*Simple to install

*Energy efficient

*IP65 Waterproof and water resistant for the Hooded LEDs

*Daisy chainable

*Low heat dispersion. Won’t burn the leaves and blooms of your plants

*Contain the optimal spectrum for growing. Full-Spectrum with the addition of Far-Red 730 nm

*1 year warranty on all LEDs

A.  Yes.  Unless they say out of stock they are in stock.  We maintain a large inventory of thousands of LEDs that are ready to ship out.

A.  For sure.  We love talking to fellow hobbyists.  You can either call us, send us an email, or IM through Facebook.  We are here to help make you successful.
